Information Security

EXXONDANA operates layered technical and organisational controls across its six offices. Access to commercial and financial systems follows least-privilege principles, communications are encrypted in transit, and this website is served from hardened, continuously monitored infrastructure.

Controls are reviewed at group level, and staff in every office receive ongoing awareness training covering phishing, social engineering and document fraud — the attack surface that matters most in international trade.

Data Protection & Privacy

With headquarters in Romania, EXXONDANA handles personal data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the applicable laws of every market we serve.

  • We collect only what a business relationship requires — typically the contact details and inquiry information you submit through this website or exchange with us in the course of a transaction.
  • Personal data is never sold. It is shared only with parties essential to executing a mandate — banks, inspection agencies, carriers — and under confidentiality.
  • Data is retained no longer than commercial and legal obligations require.
  • To access, correct or delete your data, write to hq@exxondana.com.

Transaction & Banking Security

Financial instruments are issued and confirmed exclusively through reputable banks and accredited financial institutions, over authenticated banking channels. Payment instructions follow four-eyes verification before release.

  • Letters of credit, guarantees and bonds are verified through correspondent banking channels — never accepted on the strength of an emailed copy alone.
  • Our bank details never change by email alone. Any change is confirmed by voice with your established EXXONDANA contact before you should act on it.
  • We never request payment to personal accounts, unrelated third-party entities or cryptocurrency wallets. Treat any such request as fraudulent and report it to us immediately.

Compliance & Counterparty Screening

Every transaction passes Know-Your-Customer and anti-money-laundering review, sanctions and export-control screening, and documentary checks before execution. We maintain strict adherence to international trade regulations and keep audit-ready records across the life of every mandate.

Counterparties may be asked for registration, ownership and banking documentation as a condition of doing business — the same standard we hold ourselves to, with our own registration certificates published on this website.

Fraud Prevention & Brand Protection

International trading houses are frequent targets of impersonation. Before acting on any message sent in EXXONDANA's name, verify that it meets all of the following:

  • It comes from an address ending in @exxondana.com — our only official email domain.
  • It uses one of the published contacts on our Contact page: info@exxondana.com, hq@exxondana.com, ceo@exxondana.com, erbil@exxondana.com, china@exxondana.com or belarus@exxondana.com.
  • It does not pressure you into same-day payment, secrecy or a “special account”.

If you receive a suspicious offer, invoice or bank-detail change in our name, stop and verify by phone with your known contact — or write to hq@exxondana.com before acting.

Responsible Disclosure

We welcome good-faith reports from security researchers. If you believe you have found a vulnerability in this website or our systems:

  • Email hq@exxondana.com with the subject line “Security disclosure”, including the steps to reproduce.
  • Do not access, modify or retain data that is not yours, and do not degrade the availability of our services.
  • We acknowledge verified reports promptly, keep reporters informed, and do not pursue legal action against good-faith research.
